Job Overview We are a medium sized Electrical Contractor in Madison Co seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from conception to completion. We primarily work around Central Indiana on Commercial, Institutional, K-12, and Light Industrial projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical project management. This role requires organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Duties * Lead and manage multiple electrical projects. * Develop and maintain project schedules. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors on a project. * Electrical estimating. * Business development. * Labor management. * Purchasing/ Job material buy-outs. * Reviewing job costs and completing WIP reports. * Monitor project efficiency and productivity. * Prepare and review contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. * Conduct site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Qualifications * Experience in electrical project management or construction management. * Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and standards related to electrical installations. * Proficiency in project scheduling tools and software, including Bluebeam for document management. * Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong analytical skills with experience in construction estimating processes. * Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. * Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. * Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
