A local Raleigh-based commercial construction company is seeking a Field Operations Manager. This is a key position that will manage all field related positions. After the initial 90-day stability period, the company will offer paid tuition for further OSHA certification. The ideal candidate will have the following: * Minimum 5 plus years of commercial construction management, field safety, recruiting and operations experience * Minimum Associates Degree in related field * Minimum OSHA 30 Certification * Excellent work ethic, strong attention to detail and be a team player * Good Excel and Word skills * Strong Customer Service Focus - Representing the company * Must have a high degree of integrity and character * Exceptional time management skill required * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment * Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work with employees and establish trust and respect * Some Travel required.
