Your work will shape how the industry sees our technology, our data, and our AI-driven approach to copay and affordability programs. This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll blend brand strategy, creative execution, and AI skills to build a presence that stands out in a conservative industry. You'll create content that's smart, modern, and memorable. You'll study the space, find angles others miss, and show why InfinityRx is the company to watch. This role is hybrid with frequent in-person work in New Hyde Park. Creative energy moves fast here, and we want someone who thrives in that environment. What You 'll Do * Build and run InfinityRx's brand and marketing strategy with a strong AI and data storytelling angle. * Turn complex ideas about adjudication, data, tech, and AI into simple content that resonates. * Create high-engagement content: short-form videos, social clips, case studies, thought leadership, campaign concepts, and explainers. * Use AI tools to ideate, script, edit, optimize, and scale content. * Lead digital engagement across LinkedIn, industry channels, and paid media. * Build and manage InfinityRx's digital footprint, analytics, and performance dashboards. Share insights that guide strategy. * Work with creative partners, agencies, and influencers across pharma access, healthcare tech, and AI communities. * Support BD sales and product with clean messaging, pitch decks, and narratives that show our innovation and patient impact. * Experiment, iterate, and move quickly. You'll test ideas, push into new formats, and help InfinityRx become impossible to ignore. What You Bring * 5 or more years in marketing, brand, creative strategy, or communications. B2B or healthcare experience helps but isn't required. * Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, research, scripting, video editing, or campaign optimization. * A portfolio showing you can build visibility, grow digital engagement, and create content people actually watch. * The ability to translate technical concepts into simple, emotional stories. * Strong instincts for design, messaging, and narrative. * Comfort working quickly, trying new things, and building from scratch. * Curiosity about tech, AI, and the future of healthcare access.
