POSITION SUMMARY: Be a key contributor to the Operations team, where youll support all aspects of the companies and our clients growth, lead day to day workflow, quality control and all client/agency work in progress. Job Type: Part-time | Temp-to-Hire Pay: $21/hour Schedule: TBD Location: Honolulu KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily project management including assigning, archiving, and moving projects through the agency * Trafficking of assets to clients and networks as needed * Set timelines, due dates and workflow of all tasks * Regularly communicating with client service and management on work in progress * Communicate with clients on status of projects, concerns and help manage expectations * Perform quality control on all projects throughout development * Serve as point of contact for teams * Delegate tasks on projects * Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to move projects forward * Plan resources * Gather requirements, assets and deliverable from teams for input into project management software * Work closely with accounting to track monthly project expenditures and productivity * Support the Operations Director with office management needs, including supplies, administrative tasks, and petty cash management SELECTION SKILLS/QUALITIES: * Ability to meet deadlines and cope with pressure related situations. * Demonstrated ability with computers and related software applications. * Self-confidence to persuade and influence others. * Exhibits solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and deadlines * Communicates clearly and effectively to a wide variety of people from leadership roles to entry-level employees. * Maintains a professional appearance, attitude, energy, and enthusiasm to provide a positive company image * Able to understand and communicate effectively (written and verbal) in English * Displays an impeccable attention to detail * Comfortable handling a high volume of paperwork and projects in a fast-paced environment * Able to work independently * Self-starter who takes initiative, continually seeks knowledge and improvement and willingly accepts responsibility. * Willing to teach, learn from, and collaborate with others. * Enthusiastic about developing, refining, and enhancing selling skills in order to produce revenue. * Remain coachable and share ideas to strengthen the team. REQUIREMENTS: * BA graduate * Experience 23 years in project management and marketing. Project management in an agency is preferred. * Requires ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English * Excellent interpersonal skills * Excellent organization and time management skills * Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office * Understanding of design principles (colors, imagery, layout, etc.) a plus * Basic accounting skills are a plus * Familiarity with social media platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) * Understanding of cloud based file sharing applications (ie: WeTransfer). * Proficiency with with project management software including Jira Management HVR123
