We're looking for a friendly, solutions-focused Frontier Customer Service Representative to connect with customers in the community and help them find the right Frontier internet, TV, and home phone services for their needs. You'll be speaking with homeowners and decision-makers, and making it easy for them to understand their options -- no jargon, just clear and honest conversations! This role combines consultative customer service with goal-driven sales, ensuring every customer feels heard, informed, and confident in their choice. Key Responsibilities of the Frontier Customer Service Representative: * Engage with customers to introduce Frontier's services in a friendly and approachable manner. * Listen to customers' needs, answer their questions, and recommend tailored solutions. * Provide clear explanations of features, pricing, and current promotions without pressure tactics. * Guide customers step-by-step through the sales process. * Follow up to ensure satisfaction and answer any post-sale questions. * Maintain accurate records of conversations, sales orders, and customer preferences. * Stay up-to-date on product updates, customer service practices, and sales tactics to ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications of the Frontier Customer Service Representative: * Excellent communication and active listening skills. * Friendly, professional, and patient with a customer-first mindset. * Comfortable engaging with people and building trust quickly. * Goal-oriented and motivated to meet personal and team targets. * Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required -- we'll train the right candidate. * Must have reliable transportation. * High school diploma or equivalent required.
