Job Overview We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your book of clients, building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance policies meet their needs, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, including auto, homeowners, renters, and umbrella policies * Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing policy explanations, coverage reviews, and customer support * Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites * Review client coverage needs and recommended appropriate insurance solutions * Prepare and present insurance quotes, comparing coverage options and pricing * Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems * Identify cross-selling opportunities while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations Skills * Strong communication and customer service skills * Attention to detail * Organization and time management * Problem-solving abilities * Basic understanding of insurance products and regulations * Professional, trustworthy, and client-focused attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance License/Certification: * License 440 or 220 (Required) Work Location: In person
