We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced AutoCAD/Space Planner within our organization. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating interior shells, building documents, 2D and 3D drawings as well as interior space planning based on project specifications. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Create interior shells, 2D and 3D drawings based on project specifications. * Collaborate with sales reps to create efficient interior floor plans for optimized patient flow. * Communicate with clients and contractors as needed to complete drawings. * Assistance with architectural documentation and files. * Organize and maintain the Design library; order supplies/samples as needed and resolve any issues with incorrect supplies/samples received. * Keep AutoCAD design plans organized. * Participate in meetings with Design Reps as requested. * Periodically archive AutoCAD files. Minimal Education and Experience Requirements: * Degree in computer aided drafting (AutoCAD) or Interior Design; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. * Five (5) or more years of commercial space planning experience using AutoCad or similar software. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Proficient in AutoCAD, 2D & 3D. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. * Basic knowledge in space planning principles and techniques. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually * Excellent Communication Skills * Problem Solving Skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
