Mortgage Loan Officer - NewKey Lending, LLC (Kennesaw, GA) *Full-Time | On-Site | Signing Bonus $1,000 -$3,000 *(based on experience and licensing status). We're a fast-growing mortgage broker located inKennesaw, GA, and we're looking to add 3 experienced Loan Officers to join our existing team as this is a ground-floor opportunity with substantial capital to grow! Responsibilities * Consult with borrowers to structure loan scenarios for success. * Review financials, credit, and loan documentation for pre-approval. * Manage files through underwriting and closing, ensuring an exceptional borrower experience. * Respond quickly to leads and provide transparent communication throughout the loan process. * Stay up to date on industry changes and maintain licensing compliance. Requirements * Active NMLS license is preferred but not required. * Direct-to-consumer mortgage sales experience highly preferred. * Strong communication and follow-up skills. * Comfortable managing high-volume inbound calls and conducting proactive follow-ups. * Coachable with a strong desire to grow your pipeline and earnings. * Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field preferred but not required.
