This is A Professional, Fast Pace , High Energy, Inbound Call Center Atmosphere ! POSITION DUTIES :

• This is A FULL TIME Position , Must Be Able to Work Around 50 Hours A week And Weekends .
• Must Have a Few Years CALL CENTER / Over the Phone Sales Experience
• Present product and technical solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating value propositions effectively, All over the Phone.
• NO TAX Prep. Experience needed. We Will Provide Full In Depth Proffessional PAID TRAINING !
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, COMMISSIONS, Appointments, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
• Must Be able to maintain a Calm, Smooth yet Aggressive and very Persuasive attitude thru out a Call w/ The Caller.
• Most Importantly, We Pay a very Generous

Compensation

• Must Have a Few Years CALL CENTER / Over the Phone Sales Experience
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities, All OVER THE PHONE Only
