This is A Professional, Fast Pace , High Energy, Inbound Call Center Atmosphere ! POSITION DUTIES : * This is A FULL TIME Position , Must Be Able to Work Around 50 Hours A week And Weekends . * Must Have a Few Years CALL CENTER / Over the Phone Sales Experience * Present product and technical solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating value propositions effectively, All over the Phone. * NO TAX Prep. Experience needed. We Will Provide Full In Depth Proffessional PAID TRAINING ! * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, COMMISSIONS, Appointments, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning * Must Be able to maintain a Calm, Smooth yet Aggressive and very Persuasive attitude thru out a Call w/ The Caller. * Most Importantly, We Pay a very Generous Compensation plan, You Write your Own Checks, The Sky Is The Limit. A Few Grand A week. Is Very Do able, Plus SPIFFS and BONUSES $$$$$ EXPERIENCE : * Must Have a Few Years CALL CENTER / Over the Phone Sales Experience * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management * Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities, All OVER THE PHONE Only * Demonstrated success in Cold Calling, lead generation, and direct sales efforts and Aggressive, One Call Close Mindset !
