Responsibilities: * Manage all landscape services, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work. * Identify opportunities to sell enhancement services to existing clients, and pursue opportunities with new clients. * Perform accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed. * Monitor branch financial goals are met for contract and enhancement work. * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients focusing on all pertinent points of contact * Identify staffing needs, support hiring team members as needed. * Train team members and promote compliance with company policies and safety regulations. * Overall production, quality control, completion of assigned and self-written work orders. * Initiate weekly client communication, property walks and enhancement sales opportunities. Develop long and short-term plans to improve community aesthetics. * Ensure that job site quality and appearance meet and exceed client standards. * Inspect properties prior to scheduled service to prepare specific action plan for service. Revisit properties during/following service to ensure all assigned tasks were completed. * Order materials as needed and monitor costs and deliveries. * Review and approve payroll hours weekly and submitted timely. * Utilize Geo Tab fleet tracking software to optimize production schedules and track payroll hours * During winter months, managing a portfolio of snow work. This includes client communication, snow plowing, staging equipment, payroll, and billing. Skills, and Abilities: * Excellent customer service, sales, and management. * Effective communicator with customers and throughout all levels of the company * Ability to prioritize job duties in a fast-paced environment and be organized. * Strong technology and computer knowledge. Experience : * 3+ years landscape management experience. * Prefer a bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Business, Horticulture, Ag Science, Landscape Maintenance, Environmental Design, Landscape Architecture, or other Green Industry degree * Valid Driver's License * ASPIRE software experience is a plus.
