Job Type: Full-time: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm About Us: Virtue Marketing partners with well-known nonprofit organizations to generate awareness and drive donations through in-person community outreach. Our mission is to help charities scale their impact by creating meaningful connections face-to-face with the public. Based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA - Local travel required to community events and retail partnerships across and surrounding cities. What You 'll Be Doing: * Represent national nonprofit clients like [e.g., ChildFund International, ASPCA] at retail events (stores), community events, and local pop-ups. * Engage directly with members of the public to educate, inspire, and enroll donors in giving programs. * Collaborate with team leads and trainee managers to improve your communication techniques and skillset. What We 're Looking For: * Strong communication skills and a passion for social causes. * A positive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop, alongside a strong work ethic. * Must be comfortable working face-to-face with the public and in a group setting. * Team player that works well in a team setting and by themselves when needed.
