Job Title: Lead Plumber (Sales & Service Focus) Location: Pinellas County Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Service Plumbing Job Overview: Seeking a skilled plumber with a mix of plumbing expertise and sales experience to join our team. Responsibilities include installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and driving sales using Nexstar techniques and ServiceTitan for job management. Key Responsibilities: * Install/repair plumbing systems (residential & commercial). * Install fixtures, appliances, and perform drain cleaning with camera inspections. * Troubleshoot and maintain plumbing systems. * Use Nexstar sales techniques to upsell services. * Manage jobs via ServiceTitan (scheduling, customer tracking, invoicing). * Ensure excellent customer service and build lasting relationships. Skills & Qualifications: * Proven plumbing experience with strong mechanical skills. * Sales experience (Nexstar preferred). * Proficient with ServiceTitan. * Own tools; basic power tools provided. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
