FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT Snack Shop / Beverage Cart Attendant Job Description: Responsible for food and beverage service in the snack shop / bar dining room and on the golf course, stock car and replenish, handle daily inventory on concession cart and provide quality customer service. Reports To: F&B Manager Skills: * Should be friendly and enjoy interaction with patrons/guests * Good interpersonal skills * Greets Bar Guests promptly * Understands and executes procedures for verifying guests' ability to legally purchase and consume alcohol. * Monitors guests drinks to anticipate re-order requests. * Performs server responsibilities as needed * Performs Inventory activities as scheduled. * Completes all training requirements * Flexible work schedule * Good mathematical, cash-handling skills * Must be able to drive a golf cart. Duties: * Stock Snack Shop/ Bar and beverage cart on a continuous basis with items according to established departmental guidelines. * Drive beverage cart across golf courses * Accommodate special guest requests! * Keep beverage cart clean and sanitary at all times. * Responsible for properly handling transactions and daily cash drops that will be reflected in periodic audit. * Maintain an inventory sheet that reflects daily sales. * The ability to drive a beverage cart. * Previous bar tending experience is preferred. * Abide and maintain hygiene standards related to the guest service industry. * Operate computerized point of sale register system. * Other duties as may be required by management. Requirements: * Ability to work indoors / outdoors in all-weather climates. * Required to stand, sit, walk and occasionally to lift 25 pounds. * Must have excellent vision. * TABC and Food Handlers certifications are required.
