Overview Cricket Wireless is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at the Fiesta Plaza location. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about retail sales, customer service, and technology products. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish. Prior experience in retail or grocery store environments, along with strong communication skills and sales aptitude, will be highly valued. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless products and services * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of Cricket Wireless offerings * Manage POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Upsell additional services, accessories, and plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue * Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability * Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure a well-presented store environment * Provide excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or scheduling appointments * Supervise or assist with supervising team members as needed, fostering a collaborative environment * Educate customers on new products, promotions, and store policies to enhance their shopping experience Experience * Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or electronics outlets * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math concepts * Demonstrated ability in upselling and product demos to engage customers effectively * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required to serve a diverse customer base * Strong communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service and phone etiquette * Supervising experience is a plus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are appreciated * Experience with merchandising, stocking, and retail operations will support success in this role This position is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions.
