In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process--from the first greeting to final delivery--while providing knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service. You will help customers explore vehicle options, conduct product demonstrations, maintain accurate information in the CRM, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and satisfying experience. # Responsibilities * Welcome customers promptly with a friendly and professional attitude * Provide engaging and informative product presentations * Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives * Collect customer contact and interest information and accurately enter it into the CRM * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, sales pricing, and manufacturer incentives * Actively participate in daily sales and training meetings * Continuously practice and refine customer service, product knowledge, and communication skills * Complete the delivery process by presenting and delivering the vehicle to the customer, ensuring a positive final experience Requirements * Sales experience in any industry is welcome - Excellent training is provided! * An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed * Excellent communication and customer service skills * A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license * Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
