Full description of the position

Location: Merrimack, New Hampshire Job Type: Permanent * Full-time Travel: Regular travel within assigned territory Venair INC is an international manufacturing and engineering company serving industrial, biotech, pharma, and food-processing clients. What are we looking for? Due to our continued international growth, we are seeking a Sales Executive based in our Merrimack, NH office to actively develop and expand our presence across an assigned sales territory in the United States. Responsibilities * Prospect and qualify new B2B customers through cold calling, outreach, and lead generation. * Develop business within assigned territories and industry segments. * Conduct customer visits across the region to identify needs and propose solutions. * Present and promote technical products to industrial and manufacturing clients. * Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to support territory growth and revenue goals. * Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and support the entire sales cycle. * Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce or similar). * Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions. * Open new accounts and expand presence within key markets. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account development. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Business, or similar field. * 1+ years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in industrial sales, technical sales, biomedical, or manufacturing environments. * Demonstrated success in cold calling, pipeline building, new business development, and closing deals. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. * Organized, analytical, self-motivated, and results-oriented. * Valid driver's license. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize opportunities effectively.
