Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk Department: Procurement Reports To: Procurement Manager Location: 144 Railroad Drive Ivyland, PA 18974 General Summary: The Shipping/Receiving Clerk has the responsibility of processing customer purchase orders, generating lists and labels, pull and pack parts for shipment, process and log returns, and provide shipping related customer service via phone or email. Essential Functions: * Customer service via phone and email * Process and fulfill customer purchase orders and returns * Generate sales orders, packing lists and shipping labels * Process the receiving end of Return Materials Authorization (RMA) * Picking and packing parts for customers and Bill of Materials * Assist in receipt of vendor goods/products by SCD and route internally * Load and unload product upon arrival/departure * Assist in maintaining inventory and part request forms * Report any part shortage/backorder items to Warehouse Inventory Operator * Perform regular and consistent inventory cycle counts and fiscal counts * Maintain stockroom in a clean and organized manner on a regular basis * Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Education Required: 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Skills: Strong interpersonal, communicative, problem solving and record keeping skills. Self-oriented, self-organized, and able to work with minimum supervision. Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude. Practical Experience: Proficient in the use of a computer, preferably SAGE and Dynamics, Microsoft Word and Excel, UPS WorldShip knowledge required.
