Full description of the position

We are a rapidly growing top 10 nationwide correspondent mortgage lender closing hundreds of loans per month. We are looking to expand our team of Senior Processors to assist us in getting files clear to close. Must have prior experience processing at a Mortgage Broker working with wholesale lenders - Proficiency with mortgage loan software programs preferably Encompass, Salesforce, Loda soft, Excel, Google spreadsheets - Experience with portal knowledge, working with other retail lenders and using their software/websites - Ability to fully self-manage a pipeline of 25-30+ loans per month, from submitted to underwriting to closed/funded - Fully review and follow up on each loan in your pipeline on a daily basis through email/phone, our mortgage software and lender portal to ensure task notes are accurate and up to date before end of day - Familiar with reviewing conditional approval letters and breaking down conditions to loan officers and in our software - Superior attention to detail when submitting and reviewing documentation, ability to determine what documentation is needed to clear specific conditions - Highly skilled with following up multiple times a day whether through phone, email or both with loan officers, lenders and other processors - Loan product knowledge, familiar with FHA, VA and CONV guidelines - Experience with reviewing loan estimates, CD's and other documentation before sending out to client or loan officer - Familiar with disclosing fees/invoices and submitting change of circumstances throughout the process of the loan - Ability to meet closing deadlines with a minimum of 15 loans closed/funded each month, this requires time-management and organization skills - Willingness to learn new concepts, grasp new guidelines and quickly able to adjust to change - Verbal and written communication skills with loan officers, underwriters and processors - Have a "go getter" mindset with 110% effort, being able to work independently and as a team member - 75K year base, plus commission for closed loans - Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM If you do not have Mortgage Broker processing experience, please do not apply.
