Ancira Volkswagen San Antonio is currently conducting interviews for an Automotive Business Development Center Assistant. This is a Paid Training position with Temp-to-Hire expectations enabling the qualified candidate to learn from some of the best in the business while providing support to the Team. You will work alongside Sales Associates, Sales Managers, and Business Development Representatives to ensure our Customers have the very best and most helpful experience when searching for the vehicle(s) that best suits their needs. Qualified applicants must competently represent the dealership in a professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful manner. * Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 am to 4 pm, 1 hour lunch provided * 30 to 40 hours per week expected * Pay: $15 hourly with potential for performance based bonuses This is considered a TRAINEE - TEMP - TO - POTENTIAL HIRE OPPORTUNITY! Responsibilities: Assist the BDC Management and Staff while learning the best practices within this department and work to assure Customers know the value of the grades they give us for the Sales Experience they receive. Assist with the following: * Follow up with all customers as directed to ensure the highest level of customer service * Review/update customer contact as directed in the CRM tool * Document all customers, appointments, shows on the BDC Smartsheet * Work with the other BDC Sales Appointment Coordinators to provide a seamless experience for our customers * Learn and Use the many different technology tools effectively and efficiently Qualifications: * Must be a proficient LISTENER and typist * Must be well spoken and be able to speak clearly and write with proper grammar and punctuation * Proficiency with basic computer programs such as Word/XLS * Proficient use of different web browsers * Sales or customer service experience a plus * A positive attitude and desire to succeed * Ability to multi-task * Cell phone usage from work station limited to work related communication * Adhere to scheduled hours and reliably report to work on time * Represent Ancira Auto Group with the highest level of customer service and professionalism Machines/Equipment/software utilized: MS Office Suite, Manufacturer Websites, Phones, File Sharing We are a high volume, customer satisfaction dealership with sound integrity.
