Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to manage guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight shifts. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring a smooth experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and experience in retail or hospitality environments. Bilingual abilities and supervisory experience are a plus. Responsibilities * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures using POS systems * Process guest check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment handling * Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with attention to detail * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Maintain a clean and organized front desk area during overnight hours * Upsell additional services or products when appropriate to enhance guest experience * Assist with merchandising, stocking, and product demos as needed * Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests or vendors * Support supervisory team with any additional duties related to guest services Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or grocery store environments preferred * Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette * Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and retail math tasks * Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures * Bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations * Supervising experience is a plus for leadership responsibilities during overnight shifts * Ability to work overnight hours reliably and responsibly in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stocking tasks Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
