Home Healthcare Sales, Marketing and Administrative Location: Apollo Beach, FL Salary range$45k to $50k plus bonus and Health Insurance, PTO and gas allowance 2 years' experience with healthcare management preferably in Home Care
Job Summary
The Home Healthcare Sales, Marketing and Administrative reports directly to the Administrator and is responsible for coordinating office tasks and activities. This position includes maintaining positive relationships with caregivers, clients, and office team members. This position entails establishing a positive initial contact for intake and is responsible for making callers feel welcome and assisting with any questions or needs they may have. The Home Healthcare Administrative Sales Supervisor will be responsible for helping as needed in areas of office organization, intake, scheduling, and cleanliness of the office.
Qualifications
for the Home Healthcare _ Sales, Marketing and Administrative : _ Knowledge of scheduling and on-call procedures (preferred) Customer service skills and phone answering and management experience Proficiency in computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, etc.) Knowledge of scheduling software (AxisCare or similar) or CRM preferred Well-honed time management skills Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
: Operates a multi-line phone system to receive and direct incoming calls. Obtains caller's name and purpose of call Directs caller (if triage is established), records name, time of call, and nature of call in online software May answer basic questions for caregiver applicants or prospective new clients May participate in the on-call rotation, answering after-hours calls Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate individual Assists with any filing duties and a variety of other clerical duties as necessary Types of email correspondence, reports, and other documents as necessary Collects and distributes mail and messages Inventories, orders, organizes and stores all office supplies Assists in setting up for employee orientation and training Focus on connecting with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and medical social workers in service area. Assign regular face-to-face visits and consistent follow-up with key contacts.
- Review and detail core service packages, highlighting any premium or specialty care offerings. Secure and reconnect with all possible referral partners, aiming for multiple new contacts each week.
- Track lead sources closely and scale up the most productive marketing channels.
- Physically visit community hubs, like senior centers, every week.
- Refine the intake and sales scripts to boost conversion. Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
