Job Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated Part Time 2go Shoppers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling online grocery orders, ensuring customers receive their products accurately and promptly. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can develop your retail and customer service skills while contributing to a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities * Select and gather customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and store merchandising tools * Stock shelves and organize products to maintain an appealing shopping environment * Conduct product demos when needed to inform customers about new or featured items * Assist customers with inquiries via phone etiquette, providing friendly and professional service * Upsell relevant products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities * Ensure proper cash handling procedures during transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations * Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting stock counts Qualifications * Previous experience with POS systems and retail sales is preferred * Supervising experience in retail or grocery environments is a plus * Strong communication skills and bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers * Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, stocking, and cashiering is beneficial * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette * Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and sales transactions * Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling * Prior experience in grocery stores or retail environments is preferred but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while building your career in retail!
