Parts Coordinator Location: Smyrna, GA (On-site) Salary + eligible for yearly bonus of 1.5x month's salary, + full benefits paid SUMMARY: The Parts Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Parts Department by managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating communication between internal teams and external clients. This position ensures that all policies and procedures related to the Parts Department are properly tracked, updated, and implemented. MUST-HAVES: * Stellar administrative and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. * Computer-savvy , with advanced Excel proficiency (including data entry accuracy, formulas, and spreadsheet organization). * Strong soft skills , including excellent communication, adaptability, and confidence when handling multiple tasks. * Ability to prioritize and stay composed in a fast-paced environment. * Associate degree preferred, or equivalent strong related work experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Parts Department, including answering calls and emails, filing, preparing documents, and maintaining department records. * Maintain and update employee schedules within the Parts Department to ensure operational efficiency. * Coordinate departmental projects , assisting with timelines, documentation, and communication across teams. * Assist in preparing technical documents, SOPs, and maintenance procedures , ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. * Collect, organize, and input data into spreadsheets and other systems with high accuracy and attention to detail. * Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients , addressing inquiries, assessing needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Monitor and document client interactions , identifying opportunities for service improvement. * Help standardize service requirements and assist with employee training to ensure adherence to established standards. * Professionally resolve customer concerns or conflicts , demonstrating tact, communication skills, and problem-solving ability. * Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, propose improvements, and present findings to management as needed. * Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure alignment of parts operations with overall business objectives. * Analyze sales reports and customer account data to identify opportunities for process enhancement and improved service delivery. * Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by management. * Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and corporate principles. * Actively promote company values of customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and professional discipline in all work activities.
