About the Role This position combines policy sales with servicing existing clients, focusing on long-term relationships rather than high-pressure sales tactics. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing things the right way--every time. Key Responsibilities Sell and service personal lines insurance policies Assist existing clients with policy changes, renewals, and questions Maintain accurate, consistent, and compliant documentation Provide honest, ethical guidance tailored to each client's needs Build trust and long-term client relationships What We're Looking For Prior insurance experience required (licensed preferred) Strong ethical standards with a commitment to accuracy and reliability Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently Excellent communication and customer service skills A team-oriented mindset with a long-term outlook Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus commission Monday-Friday schedule, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Paid time off for all major holidays Parental leave Office closed for one full week at Christmas Accrued vacation time Supportive, low-stress work environment Why You'll Love Working Here We believe great work happens when people are supported--not burned out.
