With more than 45 years serving contractors, industrial firms, and automotive customers , the company is combining its strong local reputation with new systems, capital investment, and an ambitious plan for regional expansion. About the Role This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales position based in Dayton, OH. You'll be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships across industrial, construction, and automotive accounts. The role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to play a key part in the company's next stage of growth. Daily responsibilities include: * Visiting customer sites to provide product solutions and service support * Managing key accounts and uncovering new business opportunities * Providing hands-on product demonstrations and training * Working independently in the field while supported by inside sales and management What We 're Looking For * Proven success in outside sales, customer service, or field account management * Strong relationship-building and communication skills * Ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions * Experience in tools, safety products, industrial or construction supply is preferred * Knowledge of construction trades or mechanical environments is a plus * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working from the field. ind1
