Project Manager - Commercial Training Remote | 25% Travel to Foster City, CA

About the Role

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support commercial training initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role partners with cross- functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality training programs. Pharma/biotech and new hire sales onboarding experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, and follow-up of commercial training initiatives
• Support new hire training (Accelerate), product launches, sales meetings, and ongoing learning programs
• Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, Commercial Ops, Medical, Legal, Compliance, and L&D
• Ensure training materials are current, effective, and compliant
• Partner with vendors and SMEs to design and deliver training
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, and training-related budgets

Qualifications

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in sales, marketing, or training within biotech/pharma preferred
• Ability to lead without authority and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Teams Education & Experience
• HS + 12 yrs | Associate + 10 yrs | Bachelor's + 8 yrs | Master's + 6 yrs | PhD Preferred
• 5+ yrs commercial pharma/biotech experience
• Field sales and/or commercial training experience
• HIV and/or launch experience a plus SNR8 IND2 Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $100.00 - $120.00 per hour
