Job Summary A & A Advertising is seeking a driven, energetic, and professional Outside Sales Representative to help expand our restaurant advertising network across Michigan and beyond. In this role, you will work directly with local restaurants and advertisers , offering free menu redesign and printing while securing paid advertising placements for local businesses. This is a high-energy, performance-based role ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face sales, relationship building, and closing deals in the field. You will manage a designated territory, build long-term client relationships, and play a direct role in growing a rapidly scaling advertising company. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and generate new leads by: * Walking into local restaurants and businesses * Cold calling advertisers * Present A & A Advertising's menu advertising solutions to: * Restaurant owners * Local business advertisers * Explain the benefits of: * Free professional menu redesign & printing * High-visibility in-store and takeout advertising * Manage a designated sales territory and develop a strategy to: * Maximize restaurant partnerships * Increase advertiser placements * Build and maintain strong relationships with: * Restaurant owners * Local business advertisers * Negotiate advertising contracts, pricing, and terms * Track all outreach, leads, and deals * Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals * Attend weekly sales meetings * Maintain a professional image as a representative of A & A Advertising Required Skills & Qualifications * Proven experience in: * Outside sales * B2B sales * Direct sales * Strong ability to: * Cold call * Walk into businesses confidently * Build rapport quickly * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated and results-driven * Comfortable working on commission or performance-based pay * Ability to manage time, territory, and pipeline independently * Reliable transportation * Professional appearance and attitude Preferred (But Not Required) * Background in: * Advertising * Marketing * Restaurant industry * Print or media sales * Experience working with local business owners What We Offer * High earning potential with commission-based compensation * Hands-on training and weekly coaching * Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing advertising company * Strong support system with marketing materials, scripts, and onboarding Who This Role Is For This role is for someone who: * Is hungry to make money * Is confident walking into businesses * Is disciplined and coachable * Wants growth, not just a job * Thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment * Wants to create their own schedule Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $64,800.00 - $194,400.00 per year Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Work from home Application Question(s): * This role is 100% commission based.
