Job Title: Direct Sales Representative (Outside Sales) Job Description As a Direct Sales Representative, you will sell Redwire's security systems and services, helping to promote safer communities. Each day, you will network, schedule sales meetings, and uncover the needs of clients and prospective clients. You will develop a strong sales pipeline that leads to new customers and long-term satisfaction. Unlike many sales roles, you won't need to fly or drive long distances--this position is based in the Bay County market, where you will live and work in the community you serve. (We also have additional offices throughout Florida.) What You 'll Do * Engage with current clients while prospecting and networking to identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory. * Build strong relationships with businesses, government entities, and organizations to ensure ongoing support and long-term partnerships. * Conduct cold calls, schedule appointments, assess client needs, and develop tailored proposals using Redwire's sales tools and pricing methods. * Present solutions, close sales, manage contracts, coordinate installations, and provide post-sale support to maintain client satisfaction What You Bring to the Team * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent professional sales experience. * A passion for working with and supporting people. * A positive attitude, motivation, and drive to succeed. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems. * A valid driver's license. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Customer and Personal Service -- Understanding of customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and ensuring satisfaction. * Sales and Marketing -- Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstration, and sales control systems. * Dependability -- Commitment to consistent scheduling, communication across departments, and accountability in meeting expectations. * Independence -- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve results with minimal supervision. Physical Requirements This position requires regular use of a computer, frequent communication with clients, and occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
