Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Salesperson to drive sales of our premium concrete coating services, specializing in garage floors, patios, driveways, basements, pool decks, and commercial flooring. Based in Vancouver, WA, you will leverage company-provided leads to conduct in-home and on-site consultations, close high-value deals, and build lasting client relationships. With a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and performance bonuses, this role offers exceptional earning potential for top performers in the home improvement industry. Key Responsibilities - Engage residential and commercial clients to present CAP's Penntek coating solutions, focusing on features and benefits. - Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess client needs, provide accurate estimates, and close sales. - Follow up on company-provided leads and generate additional opportunities through referrals and networking. - Use CRM tools to track sales activities, manage client relationships, and meet monthly sales targets. - Guide clients through the design and selection process for custom coating solutions. - Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. - Stay informed on Penntek products and industry trends to deliver compelling sales presentations.
