If you do not have all of the following, please do not apply: Reliable car Cold calling experience CRM experience Boating experience (ownership or significant recreational use) Ability to name common makes/models/engines Live within 45 minutes of Detroit About the Role Yacht Network--is expanding and seeking a driven sales professional to manage our Detroit territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in commission-only sales , enjoys working around boats, and loves building relationships. You Will: * Cold call & prospect to build new listings * Gather vessel details (makes, models, engines) * Manage CRM records * Conduct showings & handle buyer inquiries * Manage offers, surveys, sea trials & closings * Provide strong client aftercare You Need: * 5+ years sales experience * Strong phone skills + cold calling confidence * CRM experience (any platform) * Reliable vehicle * Real boating experience * Ability to work evenings/weekends during boating season Compensation 100% commission. Most active brokers exceed $100K. Top earners exceed $200K. Apply ONLY if you meet the required experience.
