Fitness Sales Manager - F45 Ala Moana (Full-Time) F45 Ala Moana is one of the most visited and highest-performing F45 studios in the country -- and we're looking for a full-time Sales Manager who's excited to drive growth, lead with purpose, and help more people transform their lives through fitness. What You'll Do * Own the sales pipeline -- from lead generation to follow-up to close * Text, call, email, and meet with prospects to convert leads to loyal members * Deliver studio tours and consultations that build trust and excitement * Track and optimize KPIs like lead-to-show, close rate, retention, and referrals * Train and support team members in sales strategy and studio standards * Jump into campaigns, events, and outreach to grow brand presence * Help ensure an exceptional member experience from day one onward * Lead by example -- with professionalism, consistency, and care What Success Looks Like * Consistently meeting or exceeding membership and revenue goals * Staying proactive and organized with follow-ups and CRM tools * Creating strong member relationships that fuel retention and referrals * Supporting teammates and lifting the energy of the space * Participating in studio events, promotions, and even workouts (yes, we train too!)
