Compensation

: $21 -$26 per hour (base pay) + Uncapped Commission Location: In-person, inside major retail stores (not door-to-door or remote) [Honolulu]

About the Role

: A.L.P.H.A Luxe Inc., an authorized AT &T dealer, is hiring motivated and energetic individuals for an in-store wireless sales position. As an In- Store Wireless Sales Specialist , you'll work inside well-known retail locations, engaging directly with customers and selling AT &T wireless, internet, and entertainment services. This is a full-time/Part time, face-to-face sales role ideal for individuals who are goal-driven and passionate about technology and communication. Pay Structure:

• Hourly Base Pay: $21 -$26/hour, depending on experience
• Commission: Uncapped , based on individual sales performance
• Paid weekly This is a W-2 employee position. It is not commission-only , and not an independent contractor. Employment Type:

• 25-40 hours/week
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Where You 'll Work:
• In-person, inside established national retail stores (no door-to-door or business-to-business sales)
• Interacting with walk-in customers in a retail environment Products You'll Sell:

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers inside the retail store
• Recommend AT&T products and services that best fit the customer's needs
• Clearly communicate features, pricing, and promotions
• Handle the full sales process: from consultation to activation
• Achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new devices, and current offers
• Maintain a professional, high-energy presence in-store
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process Who We 're Looking For:
