Are you a motivated sales professional with a knack for building strong client relationships and a passion for solving puzzles whilst closing deals? Join our growing team as a Territory Account Manager and become a key player in driving our residential appliance sales through tailored volume contracts for designers, builders and developers. Job
Requirements
:
- Seek, develop and maintain strong relationships with home builders, contractors, designers and construction professionals
- Promote and sell residential appliances and installation services, with an understanding of project scope, delivery logistics and contract language
- Collaborate daily with our dedicated Builder Sales Project Coordinators to ensure smooth execution from quote to installation and beyond
- Identify and act on new business opportunities to expand market share and drive company growth in coordination with other Builder Sales Managers
- Communicate consistently with clients via calls, texts, and emails - responsiveness is key
- Track and achieve performance metrics and sales goals
- Provide client-focused feedback to management during regular bi-weekly strategy sessions
- This role is supported by a dedicated project coordination team and in house delivery & installation team What We're Looking For:
- A self-starter with strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Previous sales experience, ideally in construction, appliances, or B2B environments
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with support teams
- Willingness to travel to meet with both prospective and existing clients
- Flexibility, initiative, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Compensation
is comprised of a blend of salary, commission and targeted sales incentives. Additionally, you will have access to an in-office workspace and collaborative team environment, the opportunity to influence and shape the direction of a growing department, and a dynamic role with both autonomy and teamwork aspects. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
