Are you a hard-working individual that loves to win? We are looking for recent graduates with one to two years' sales related experience to join our team as a junior Sales Representative. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identifying potential clients that can benefit from our services * Build relationships with clients to secure orders * Manage clients, working with internal recruiting team to fill client needs and exceed expectations * Ongoing customer care and business growth REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: * Post secondary education in business, preference to graduates in marketing or business * 1 - 2 years of demonstrated sales experience an asset. * Maximum 5 years experience post schooling * Driven and results orientated * Ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently as well in a team environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work flexible hours as required * Must be able to travel to visit customers and cross the border to Canada COMPENSTATION & BENEFITS: * $40,000 - 50,000/year (depending on experience) + commission + benefits + car allowance If the above sounds like you and you want to start a rewarding career helping clients and candidates succeed, we want to hear from you!
