Position: Car Rental Sales Agent Location: Waikiki Salary: Starting at $18/hour Earnings Potential: Top agents earn $8,000 to $10,000 per month with tips and bonuses! What We Offer: * Competitive Pay: Start at $18/hour * Earnings Potential: Top-performing agents earn $8,000 to $10,000 per month through tips and bonuses. * Career Growth: Career opportunities for advancement within the company. * Training: Comprehensive training program to help you succeed. * Full medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off. * Employee discounts. * Free employee parking Responsibilities: * Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections * Prepare the rental agreement, advising on and upselling vehicles and optional extras according to customer needs * Handle incoming calls, including reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, providing friendly and helpful responses * Communicate via telephone and email in a courteous and professional manner * Ensure world-class customer service and sales support * Process all types of car rental transactions efficiently * Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance * Assist in assessing the condition of rentals upon return * Process returns, check-ins * Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services * Notify management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance * Maintain fleet inventory, coordinate rental transfers with other branches, and run miscellaneous reports * Complete administrative tasks, including daily lists to assist the branch * Achieve individual sales goals and uphold company standards and processes * Handle or assist in resolving customer issues * Maintain a safe and clean work area Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Driven by making sales and achieving targets. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented and organized.
