Job Summary Our Agency is growing and we are looking to have a full-time Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. We believe in investing in our staff and helping them to achieve a great career in a fast growing insurance agency. You will have the opportunity to grow within the company and we encourage you to do so. This is a busy insurance office and requires a dedicated, outgoing, driven, goal-oriented personality. You must be detail-oriented and do what's best for the customer. What You Need To become a successful Commercial CSR at our Agency, you need: * A positive attitude and the desire to learn and develop new skills * The ability to rock in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Superb communication skills * Loyalty, Adaptability, Persistence * Follow-up/Follow-Through General Accountabilities * Provides customer service to policyholders by communicating with internal/external personnel regarding problem situations. * Completes necessary applications, obtains necessary documentation and receives payment and applies money to policy in order to close the sale. * Prepare and present accurate quotes and recommend coverage based on customer need. * Responsible for achieving sales targets and market share objectives within the target market, including new business and the retention of present business. * Ensures that all applicable licensing and fiduciary requirements are in compliance according to applicable regulations. * Work with producers and other team members in reviewing coverage, making recommendations for additional coverages, and assisting in policy endorsements,. Job Qualifications * 1 year minimum Insurance Experience: * Property & Casualty Licensed Required Competencies * Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives. * Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems time efficiently; Gathers and analyzes information; Develops solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason. * Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively; Listens and gets clarification when necessary; Responds informatively to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings. * Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance. * Interpersonal Skills - Listens to others attentively; Remains open to others' ideas and tries new things; Maintains confidentiality; Maintains relationships with others.
