Job Summary
Our Agency is growing and we are looking to have a full-time Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. We believe in investing in our staff and helping them to achieve a great career in a fast growing insurance agency. You will have the opportunity to grow within the company and we encourage you to do so. This is a busy insurance office and requires a dedicated, outgoing, driven, goal-oriented personality. You must be detail-oriented and do what's best for the customer. What You Need To become a successful Commercial CSR at our Agency, you need:

- Provides customer service to policyholders by communicating with internal/external personnel regarding problem situations.
- Completes necessary applications, obtains necessary documentation and receives payment and applies money to policy in order to close the sale.
- Prepare and present accurate quotes and recommend coverage based on customer need.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and market share objectives within the target market, including new business and the retention of present business.
- Ensures that all applicable licensing and fiduciary requirements are in compliance according to applicable regulations.
- Work with producers and other team members in reviewing coverage, making recommendations for additional coverages, and assisting in policy endorsements,. Job
Qualifications
- 1 year minimum Insurance Experience:
- Property & Casualty Licensed Required Competencies
