Responsibilities: * Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at the Fish Hatchery branch location * Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy * Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services * Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently * Adhere to UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures * Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members * Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals * Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations Qualifications: What You 'll Need to Succeed * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1 year of customer service experience * Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds * Excellent interpersonal and professional skills * Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed * Ability to work in an autonomous environment
