Responsibilities

• Clearly explain all product and service features, including any active promotions
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions to ensure a smooth experience
• Handle customer concerns with integrity and ensure follow-up where needed
• Collaborate with the team to share feedback and ideas that enhance performance and client satisfaction Education/

Requirements

of the Retail Sales Associate Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or support roles
• A natural team player with strong communication skills
