About the Role We are seeking highly motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is not a desk job. It's a field-based role where you will be on the road consistently, putting equipment in front of contractors, demonstrating on active job sites, and connecting end-users back to our rental and dealer partners through our network. Our mission is simple: to get our equipment into contractors' hands so they can experience the labor savings, safety improvements, and efficiency benefits firsthand. Key Responsibilities Transport, set up, and operate machines on active job sites. Demonstrate equipment capabilities to foremen, crews, and decision makers. Document each demo with photos, videos, and detailed activity logs. Work alongside local rental and dealer partners to ensure qualified leads are passed back for conversion. Provide contractors with a direct bridge to rental and dealer networks. Identify and approach contractors, demolition firms, and construction crews within your territory. Build lasting relationships with operators and decision makers through charisma, trust, and follow-through. Conduct timely follow-up after demos to keep opportunities moving forward. Safely load, transport, and unload machines using the company's vehicle. Perform basic equipment care: cleaning, charging, and minor troubleshooting. Report service issues promptly to the support team. Log all demo activity, leads, and follow-up in CRM with accuracy. Maintain a consistent pipeline of job site activity within the assigned region. Ideal Candidate Profile Experienced in hands-on equipment operation and comfortable with physical work. Ability to safely load/unload construction equipment. Charismatic, approachable, and able to connect with both job site workers and company executives. Self-motivated road warrior with strong organizational and follow-up skills. Team-oriented with high integrity and commitment to company values. Prior experience in construction equipment sales, rentals, or field demonstrations is a plus.
