Core Responsibilities * Expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex residential plumbing systems (e.g., drain cleaning, re-piping, sewer, and water heaters). * Perform residential installations and appliance hookups, ensuring compliance with UPC and local codes. * Serve as a trusted consultant: Offer ethical, honest recommendations for system upgrades and earn commission on service sales. Required Qualifications * Licensing (Required): Current WA State Journeyman Plumber License, OR 2nd/3rd Year Plumber Apprentice. * Experience (Preferred): Minimum 3 years of hands-on, verifiable residential plumbing service experience. * Driving: Valid WA State Driver's License with a clean record.
