Role Description: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with key accounts, drive sales growth, and expand our presence in paper, packaging, wide format, and facility solutions. Essential Functions * Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the paper, packaging, wide format, and facility solutions industries. * Account Management: Cultivate and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention. * Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand the customer base. * Client Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their specifications and budget. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of client projects. * Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position our products and services. Qualifications: * Experience: Some experience in sales or account management, preferably in packaging, paper, or facility solutions. * Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships. * Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of client organizations. * Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, understand client needs, and create tailored solutions. * Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events as needed.
