Overview

: The Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager will service and manage all aspects of commercial accounts while building strong client relationships. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Bilingual candidates are required.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide high-quality customer service to commercial lines clients
• Explain coverage, endorsements, and policy changes clearly and professionally
• Quote new business and remarket existing commercial accounts as needed
• Cross-sell commercial insurance products
• Assist clients throughout the claims process
• Issue certificates of insurance, binders, and other policy documents
• Maintain accurate, organized records and client files

Requirements

:

• Bilingual (required)
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically commercial lines
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor
• Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday
