Advance American Funding in Southfield, Michigan has an immediate opening for a Business Finance Lead Generation Specialist for our sales team who is comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. Since 2005, we are a business finance company with an A+ rating with the BBB that provides various funding programs in order to help businesses grow or just solve a financial issue. The individuals selected for this role will be responsible for our lead generation systems and activities that directly generates deals for our funding specialist to close. This position fills several vital roles including the management of the company's prospecting database, calling and refreshing that database, and scheduling call backs for the funding specialist. Responsibilities: * Expand and manage the company's prospecting database * Coordinate outbound email campaigns * Make outbound cold calls and transfer leads to the funding specialist * Schedule callbacks for the funding specialist * Generate qualified leads in targeted areas * Serve as a consultant and provide useful product knowledge to qualifying leads * Acquire, retain and consistently develop industry knowledge * Desire to join a team that values hard work and integrity * Professional listening and communication skills are critical for the success of this position * Meet daily calls and email outreach quota * Develop and constantly improve sales messaging * Must have reliable transportation to our office in Southfield, Michigan Experience/Skills: * CRM * Must be self-driven and highly motivated, proven sales professional * Maintain high energy and a positive attitude * Ability to prioritize and multitask appropriately * You are outgoing and comfortable talking with a variety of personality types * Desire to learn, grow and be on a fast track to advancement from within * Ability to learn and use a scripted methodology that's proven to work * Strong telephone and computer skills Offering: * Hourly plus commission with bonuses for hitting individual and team goals * Promotions from within * Snacks, coffee, beverages provided * Work/Life balance, Friday's off Work Remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid training Experience: * sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
