Full description of the position

As a Sales Rep/Consulting Arborist for Ever-Green Tree Care, you will be providing homeowners with a Free Health & Safety Consultation/Estimate. Our Lead Generation teams will be providing you quality leads to run daily. We perform a variety of services to keep trees safe and healthy. Cutting down trees is never our focus; we always strive to save trees through proper trimming, pruning, and injections before removing them. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, teachable and has strong closing abilities. We Offer:

• Set your own schedule
• Direct marketing department will generate warm leads for you to run daily based on your availability
• We will post appointments on your dashboard within our Secure Lead Management Website
• Enter appointment feedback into the Lead Management Website
• If job is sold, write up contract, obtain customer signatures/approval and tag trees to be worked on
• Obtain appropriate permits or neighbor permission as needed
• Scheduling department will assist in scheduling jobs with our Vendor Production Crews

Compensation

:

• $80K - $150K/ year
• Paid 6 or 8 week training (Base + reduced commission % while training)
• 7% - 23% commission after training
• Weekly Incentive opportunities
