Location: Greater Seattle Area Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative supports revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound sales activities, developing customer relationships, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through close. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience and accurate sales execution. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound sales inquiries and conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers Qualify leads and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services Manage the sales pipeline and track activities using a CRM system Prepare quotes, process orders, and support contract or account setup Maintain accurate customer and sales records Follow up with customers to support retention and identify additional sales opportunities Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Qualifications 13 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Comfortable working with CRM systems and standard business software Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B sales environments Familiarity with sales metrics, forecasting, or pipeline management Experience working in a professional or technical services environment Work Environment This position is based in the Greater Seattle Area and may be in-office, hybrid, or remote depending on organizational needs.
