Mountainview Insurance is searching for a professional Account Manager with a keen eye for detail and a knack for ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies * College degree preferred. * Proven experience in a Customer Service role. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). * Solid understanding of Agriculture and its unique needs. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting. * Excellent organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities and Duties * Manage client insurance policy renewals, endorsements, billing, and claims with accuracy and care. * Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to existing and new clients. * Identify risks and recommend practical, effective solutions. Necessary Experience Minimum 3 years in a Customer Service position. Additional Requirements Comfortable working independently and collaboratively; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
