The exciting responsibilities of the AT &T Sales Associate are: * Follow up on customer leads, engage with potential clients, and actively listen to their current connectivity needs offering personalized AT&T solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships through direct interactions, having consistent follow-up, and fostering long-term relationships. * Collaborate with the AT&T Sales Department to create effective sales campaigns that will increase reach and new customer acquisition, supporting the growth efforts of our clients. * Conduct market research, competitor analysis, market telecommunications trends and identify opportunities for growth, helping the company stay ahead of the competition. * Maintain accurate sales and customer interaction records, creating follow-up campaigns to ensure long-term satisfaction with our products and services and brand loyalty. What we 're looking for in the AT&T Sales Associate: * A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required for the position. * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills and be a proactive listener with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers easily. * Flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment with the ability to manage multiple projects, accounts, and tasks, prioritizing when needed. * You are driven by outcomes- reaching sales goals, driving revenue, and improving customer satisfaction and retention. * Ability to comfortably commute to different field locations.
