We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced Septic Technician to join our growing team. Benefits: * $100,000 - $150,000+ potential earning capacity! * Health, dental, and vision insurance available on Day 1 of employment. * Eligible for 401k after just 30 days of employment. * $30,000 company-paid Life Insurance. * Will train the right individual with a current and valid CDL! * No hidden fee withdrawals from compensation (competitors' common practice) Job Responsibilities: * Perform septic tank pumping, maintenance, and repair services. * Conduct septic system inspections and diagnose potential issues. * Troubleshoot and repair septic system components, including pumps, pipes, and distribution boxes. * Safely operate vacuum trucks, tools, and other equipment. * Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers. * Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with local health regulations. * Maintain accurate records of services performed and ensure proper invoicing. Requirements: * Previous experience in the septic industry is preferred but not required. * Valid CDL B or A (will need Tanker Endorsement or willing to obtain immediately) * Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor outdoors. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and the ability to work independently. * Sales and customer service experience preferred. * Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments. * Clean MVR. * Previous experience in Septic, Sewer, Construction, Plumbing, Pest Control, Trade Sales or Outside Sales in related field welcome.
