Full job description Stormwater Territory Sales Manager A growing corrugated HDPE pipe manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for the states of Oklahoma and Arkansas. This person will work directly with waterworks distributors to build relationships and the Timewell brand throughout all of Tennessee. Title: Stormwater Territory Manager Locations: Oklahoma Reports To: Executive VP of Sales Supervises: NA Works independently or with minimal supervision 95% of the time. Job Summary: Timewell's Territory Managers work independently and are responsible for sales and brand development within their territories. Each Territory Manager is expected to provide sound solutions and services for customers, while also keeping the company's profitability in mind. Responsibilities: * Prospect and fully develop respective sales territory. This requires travel throughout the entire territory footprint. * Develop and support solid, long-term relationships with current and future customers. * Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations for Timewell's immediate and extended customer base that are engaging, informative and valuable to help promote the company and sell the product line * Be educated and aware of potential and pending projects in your market area * Provide detailed quotations to your current and potential customers and conduct unparalleled follow-up to help secure business * Work with engineers for submittals and design specifications * Work with distributors and contractors to train and ensure proper product use and installation * Attend company sales and training meetings Requirements/Qualifications: * Successful and proven track record in sales and customer retention * Five to ten years' experience in the storm water industry (preferred) * Four-year degree or equivalent work history * Practical experience with site/civil projects (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Compensation varies based on experience and education Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Salary + Commission + Vehicle Allowance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
